Sporting News: "The 49ers have the reliable Pierre Garçon and the speedy Marquise Goodwin, and they needed something in between out of the slot. Think of Pettis as the potential new Mohamed Sanu for Kyle Shanahan."

Bleacher Report: "The Cougars lined up Fred Warner everywhere from edge-rusher to nickelback to (occasionally) cornerback. He does a lot of things fairly well. Warner diagnoses plays quickly, making him a defender who is always around the ball."
CBS Sports: "He's a hybrid linebacker who can cover. Fast linebackers are at a premium now and he can run."

Bleacher Report: "Moore was a one-year starter who had a phenomenal pro day. He’s a size-speed project, but the 49ers ranked dead last in the NFL at stopping opponents’ third and fourth wide receivers, according to Football Outsiders. A matchup player with Moore’s height and speed is worth a look."
