1.人事变更：
(1)球队宣布将中锋Daniel Kilgore交易至海豚换取条件不明的补偿。他仍需通过体检才能达成交易。
- 总经理 Lynch在声明中感谢了Kilgore过去七个赛季中对球队和湾区社区的贡献：
“On behalf of the entire organization I want to thank Dan for everything he contributed to this team and the Bay Area community over the last seven seasons,” said General Manager John Lynch. “When Kyle and I arrived last offseason, we knew right away that he was a well-respected leader in the locker room and a true professional. We are pleased to be able to help find Dan a great situation to be able to continue his career, and we wish him and his wife, Megan, the very best.”
“Mainly because we see Dan as a center. I think Dan does also. It wouldn’t be fair to put him at guard.”
“We thought about, do we play Weston at guard?” Lynch said. “Ultimately, once we decided to invest in someone, you put him at his best position. That happens to be his best position and center is Dan’s best position, too.”
“As we looked at this situation, we asked ourselves that question,” Lynch said. “But I really don’t think we could’ve. We are happy we were able to find a nice landing spot. He’s a starting center for an exciting team.”
“I think our players know we genuinely care of them,” Lynch said. “I think they really get that. That’s one of our strengths, as far as the vibe we have going here. Yes, actions have to reflect that. - Shanahan说他在看McKinnon的录像是完全沉浸在其中(原话为lost)，有太多他喜欢的东西了，想象他将怎样使用McKinnon和球队能做到的东西，虽然录像并不多，但仍能看到他做了一些球队常做的事情。而当他做的时候，他的表现都很出色。
"There's so many things I liked about him, just visualizing how I would use him and the stuff that we would do," Shanahan said Thursday. "Even though there wasn't a ton of it, you've still got to see him do some stuff that we do a lot. And whenever he did, he excelled a ton and looked very good at it."

Richburg told Mack that he was mulling his options, and that he was considering “joining Shanahan in San Fran–,” but he couldn't even finish the sentence — or the city name, for that matter.
