FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- It wouldn't be a New England Patriots game without some drama involving off-the-field strategy. The Pittsburgh Steelers' coach-to-coach headsets picked up the Patriots' radio broadcast in the first quarter of Thursday night's game, Al Michaels reported during NBC's live broadcast. NFL security chief Jeff Miller was on the sideline trying to solve the problem. The Patriots' coaching headsets were turned off for a while, according to NBC sideline reporter Michele Tafoya. The headsets appeared to resume working properly. The Patriots scored first in the game, on a Tom Brady touchdown pass to Rob Gronkowski in the second quarter.
钢人主帅麦克·汤姆林赛后接受媒体采访的时候说:we were listening to the patriots radio broadcast, majority of the first half.... coach to coach.
而且这种情况在爱国者主场屡次反复出现。
