1.人事变更：
(1)球队用四轮签(No.104)交易孟虎四轮签(No.110)+六轮签(No.183)+六轮签(No.198)。球队之后用四轮签(No.110)选择犹他大学(Utah)弃踢手Mitch Wishnowsky。
 
- Wishnowsky(6-2, 220)出自犹他大学(Utah)，在今年选秀大会第四轮(No.110)被球队选中，2014年自圣塔芭芭拉城市学院[Santa Barbara (CA) City College]转校以来，在犹他大学打了三个赛季(2016-18)，出战40场，一共175次弃踢8,004码(平均每次弃踢45.7码)，74次踢进20码线内，还有68次开球，其中45次回阵(touchbacks)。

Let's start with the fourth-round draft pick. It seems pretty early to take a punter, so why did you go with P Mitch Wishnowsky right there?
General Manager John Lynch: "Because we really liked him. We felt like with all due respect to the other punters, [New England Patriots P] Jake Bailey is a kid right up the road who went to New England, who we thought highly of, but we thought Mitch Wishnowsky was a big-time prospect. I think [head coach] Kyle and I studied punters more this year than I think we ever will, and hopefully he's the long-term answer. We're talking like a 10-year guy. He checks all the boxes in terms of what you want from a punter. He has a huge leg. Inside the plus 50, he's very adept at pinning people back. [Special teams coordinator Richard] Hightower tells us he's got all the clubs that you need in the bag. He's got different styles, which is kind of a new thing in punting. He can hit it with different spins, and so we just felt like a very good prospect at that position. You know, we had, we felt like had we not taken him there, he would have been taken, and so we moved back a little, gained some picks, and then took the pick, and we feel really good about it."
Did you think that the Patriots were your big competition for him?
JL: "We had a number of teams that we felt were interested in adding a punter and felt like he had distanced himself, and the fact he kicks off and is a very good holder, as well. So, all those things fit into the puzzle."
Head Coach Kyle Shanahan: "That's a hard thing to figure out. Everyone knows he's the best punter in the draft, and when is he going to go, and you always want to take that as late as possible, so you feel the same way going in the fourth. You'd love to do it in the seventh, but I promise you we wouldn't have gotten him if we tried to do it in the fifth. That's why the Patriots traded up to take next guy in the fifth."
A lt of fair catches. Is that part of his game, the hangtime?
JL: "Yeah, I think you have guys who have the ability to with the big leg but don't have the hangtime. He is a rare ability to hit it deep but also with elite hangtime. So, he's kind of the combination that you look for. Real good prospect, and that's a big deal. I think people saw last year with [Seattle Seahawks P Michael] Dixon up there in Seattle who really benefitted their team. We felt like this guy was that type of prospect."
Was that one of the guys that former area scout Reggie Cobb really had an imprint on your draft with him?
JL: "Yeah, that's another really cool thing. I think we come out of today's, Reggie had the west, and Wishnowsky is a guy that Reggie had really scouted hard. We sent kind of Hightower, [assistant special teams coach] Stan Kwan and [assistant special teams coach] Michael Clay in there to watch him work out, and Reggie was very meticulous as to how he set that visit. Hightower shared the story upstairs for everyone, and it's really cool that both Mitch and [TE] Kaden Smith from Stanford were two guys, we talked about Reggie's imprint on this draft, well, there's two guys that were his guys, and that makes us happy."
He had some issues with blocks. Were those blocking issues more so than his getting rid of it?
JL: "You know, like they do in the rugby punts in college sometimes, they were doing that. But, he's a behind the pocket punter, as well, and so we felt very comfortable on those."- 球队主教练Shanahan在给Wishnowsky的电话中说他一开始就是球队的目标，球队担心他会被其他球队抢走。

I was with the other team, though, and he just said he really liked my film and he saw some of my practice tape and liked some of the stuff I did. And that's kind of the only contact I had.

"Run and chase 4-3 WILL linebacker with the quickness to flow ahead of blocks to the football, but a lack of willful aggression to fire downhill and put his stamp on games. It will be difficult for Greenlaw to make a living with nothing more than clean-up tackles on his own side of the ball so he needs to turn that speed and athleticism into weapons of disruption. His speed and athleticism give him a chance to carve out a career as a special teams ace and nickel cover talent."

"A four-year starter at Arkansas, Greenlaw earned a starting role as a true freshman, lining up primarily as a WILL linebacker as the Hogs varied their scheme the last four seasons. While he doesn't have ideal size, length or burst, he is smart and puts himself in a position to make plays. Greenlaw flows well laterally and competes with relentless effort, but sticks to blocks and needs to prove that he's reliable sifting through traffic for regular box work at the next level. Overall, Greenlaw is a small-framed player and will get knocked around near the line of scrimmage, but his cover instincts, range and impact on special teams can earn him an NFL roster spot."

"Greenlaw is an athletic run-and-chase linebacker who stands out in pursuit. Although he needs a free shot at the action, his cover skills and ability to make plays in space as well as his special-teams mentality will make him attractive as a backup on Sundays."

"CONS: Simply does not finish. Issues are two-fold, fails to commit as a tackler despite being in position, and misses too many tackles. Come away from his tape wishing that his hitting power was a lot better. Too easily re-routed by blockers. Not aggressive or physical enough in his method of taking on opponents in the trenches. Tries to dance around or back out of blocks, which negates his run fills. Must use his hands and length better to keep opponents off his frame. Won't make a lot of plays behind the line of scrimmage. Cleanup tackler more than an impact one. Broken foot ended his sophomore season prematurely."

Smith gives good effort as a run blocker but will need to improve his technique and core strength to turn losses into stalemates on the pro level. He has the focus and toughness to work over the middle, but he's unlikely to outfox man coverage. He might not be dynamic enough to rise above TE2 status."
Dane Brugler(The Athletic)：
"A one-year starter at Stanford, Smith took over the starting duties from Dalton Schultz and lined up primarily inline and in the slot, finishing 2018 as one of only eight FBS tight ends with 600-plus receiving yards despite missing three games. He was groomed in an offense where blocking is celebrated and will be the sixth Stanford tight end drafted in the last eight years. As a blocker, Smith has clean feet and the competitive mentality required, although he will benefit from continued development of the details, especially with his handwork. As a pass catcher, he doesn't have the explosive traits to uncover at will, but he is coordinated out of breaks with vice grips for hands, meaning he is open, even when he is covered. Overall, Smith has adequate blocking skills and route athleticism, but his above-average technique at the catch point is what separates him, projecting as an NFL starter."
Tony Pauline(Draft Analyst)：
"Smith possesses a good frame and natural pass-catching skills but is limited by a lack of speed. He has enough ability to be a second tight end or even a starter in a system that does not require him to run vertical routes, and he could develop into a three-down player at his position."
Kyle Crabbs(The Draft Network)：
"Kaden Smith is an intriguing TE prospect, but projects as a player that will need added developmental time before any expectations should be placed on him. Smith is pretty lethargic at the top of his stems and won't inspire as a man beater in routes. Pretty specific skill set for immediate role, wins up seam vs. zone and as a sit-down target vs. soft zone. Smith has skills and promise but shouldn't be tasked to play a large percentage of snaps until he fleshes out his game."

"A three-star recruit out of high school, Timothy 'Tim' Harris played safety, cornerback and receiver at Varina and was considered a top-10 recruit in the state. He bypassed offers from Michigan and others to stay home at Virginia. Harris saw his playing time increase over his first three seasons before season-ending injuries in both 2016 (torn labrum) and 2017 (wrist). He returned for a sixth-year of eligibility in 2018 and had a career-best 36 tackles and two interceptions. Harris played predominantly off-coverage in college, using his springy, yet controlled lower body to stay on top of routes. However, he was often impatient with his footwork, getting his lower body tied up. While inconsistent turning to find the football, he has the length and leaping skills to make plays on the ball if in position. Overall, Harris has a concerning injury past with questionable instincts, but his length and explosive traits are intriguing, projecting best in a press-man scheme."
Tony Pauline(Draft Analyst)：
"Harris possesses next-level size and ball skills and the ability to be used in a variety of schemes. I had him highly rated after his sophomore season of 2014, but injuries took their toll and he may be a medical red flag. If Harris passes medicals, he should get late-round consideration and can be used in bump-and-run coverage or in a zone system and may even get consideration inside at safety."
Kyle Crabbs(The Draft Network)：
"Tim Harris has all of the tools needed to potentially develop into a starting outside cornerback in the pros. The problem? Harris has had severe bouts with health and his long term availability is in something of a question as a result. Harris has attractive traits and it's easy to love hit ball skills, physicality and anticipation. But can he stay healthy? This is a high ceiling, low floor type player when considering durability. Worth the risk in the late rounds, though. "
