   "Now, where he needs to get better would be his, obviously, in pass rush where sometimes I just feel like he might be thinking too much. But, at the same time, he has shown a lot of improvement over the years.

We trust that, over time, that he's going to develop into everything that we need out of him but, right now, it's just him just trying to learn exactly what it is that he has to do to win one-on-ones in both the run game and the pass game."

看看一长串需要四分卫的球队名单，感觉mayfield最差也是首轮末了，如果体侧不太矮的话就奔着前十去。不要低估nfl对四分卫的饥渴。。

So, if you see him on the field it’s not an indictment on what Dontae Johnson’s been doing as much as it is what Mabin’s been able to do in practice and giving him a chance to go put some tape on.”

When you have an opportunity, and Jimmie Ward went down, and he got an opportunity to go in there and man, he's made the most of it.
          "He's going to make it a really nice situation because we still think very highly of Jimmie, Jaquiski Tartt, Eric Reid, and now Adrian. That position has really become one of strength for us. I give the young man a lot of credit. He's got a long way to go, but he's made the most of his opportunity. When you keep going out and doing it week in, week out, you've got to love that.
          "He's also the guy who had surgery on a Monday and played that Sunday the next week (after the team's bye), so I love that about him."

选秀顺位的tiebreaker只看赛程强度，和直接交手的胜负无关，战绩和赛程强度都相同就直接掷硬币了

1.人事变更：
(1)主教练Kyle Shanahan周五宣布右截锋Trent Brown将接受肩部手术，赛季报销。他将被放入伤病储备名单(今天的截止时间是1:00 p.m. PT，也可以周六再放，截止时间1:00 p.m PT)。

• Shanahan说是肩关节唇(labrum)的问题，但不能提供更多细节。恢复窗口期5-6个月(明年5-6月可以完全恢复)。他是在11月25日和海鹰第12周比赛前的训练中受伤的，之后缺席了和海鹰的比赛，但参加了之后和熊的比赛，上周和德州人的比赛未激活。
  

          Shanahan说伤病并没有加重，但也没有消失，有些时候疼痛会伤病一起消失，疼痛变得可以忍受。有些人职业生涯初期受了这样的伤但之后一直都没手术，也有些立刻需要手术。
          “It didn’t get worse, but it just didn’t go away,” Shanahan said of the tear in Brown’s shoulder. “Sometimes the pain goes away with those (injuries) and the pain ends up being OK. Some guys have them early and they never get them fixed in their career, some guys need to right away.”

1.人事变更：
(1)球队正式宣布将右截锋Trent Brown(肩膀)放入伤病储备名单，从训练组提升防守后卫Tyvis Powell(简介，他将穿45号球衣)至53人大名单。

• 据PFF的Jeff Deeney，Brown本赛季评分84.7，排在所有具备参选条件的截锋第8位。

2.休赛期将成为自由球员的防守端锋Tank Carradine表达了强烈的留队意愿：“我想留在这里，我爱这里。但我不知道会发生什么。今年我只打了五场比赛，没有机会展现很多东西。但我希望最后几场比赛能有强势表现，明年可以再回来，因为我爱这个防守体系。我很希望明年能回来再为49人效力。如果不能的话，我必须向前看，去一支体系适合我的球队。”
  “I want to be here. I love it here,” Carradine said. “But I don’t know what’s going to happen. I’ve only played five games this year and I didn’t get to show a whole lot.
  “But, hopefully, I can finish strong these last couple of games and come back next year and play because I love this scheme. I’d love to come back next year and play for the 49ers. If not, I have to move on and try to go to a team with a scheme that fits me.”

• 防守协调员Robert Saleh用“精英(elite)”防守端锋来形容在基本防守阵型中列位对阵近端锋的Carradine。
• 由于第三周对阵公羊时受伤(高位踝关节扭伤)，Carradine右脚踝两条韧带撕裂而被放入伤病储备名单，缺席了八周比赛。他说目前还没有完全康复，但已经恢复到足以上场的程度。
• Carradine在出站的五场比赛中还没有在三档防守中上过场。他对球队的贡献主要在防跑方面，球队目前允许对手平均每次冲球拿下3.9码，这一数字排在联盟第七好。
• Carradine把本赛季表现提升归功于Saleh带来了新的防守体系，球队之前打3-4现在打4-3，Carradine当时为了打3-4，体重在300磅，现在减到270磅，这接近他的理想体重。

(2)伤病情况：

• 外接手Aldrick Robinson在第一节受伤离场，被列为头部/手腕，questionable。之后被列为脑震荡，Out。
• 线卫Reuben Foster在第二节完成了一次凶狠的擒抱后晃动右臂，之后进入医疗帐篷接受检查。他在球队之后那波防守中回到了场上。第四节末段再次受伤，自己走下了场进入医疗帐篷接受检查。之后回到了场上。
• 近端锋Garrett Celek在第四节完成长传接球后，遭到擒抱，他回到了更衣室接受观察。

我估计49球迷赛季前都不会想到球队这赛季会有机会三连胜，不得不说49人真的找到了未来10年的四分卫啊。菠萝今天码数刷到381码没有抄截，一场比一场有进步。夏天就看49人怎么给菠萝配进攻手了

单看TB和JE的合同，感觉经纪人属于见好就收的那类，合同不会小，但是不会到一个很过分的地步

恭喜波罗，恭喜49人。。。
赶紧长约。。。总经理是不是还是一副我没有考虑这个事情的态度。。。
现在国外专家也好论坛也好。。。都应该把波罗童鞋捧上天了吧。。。

1.波罗带领不知道之前排全联盟第几的进攻组取得了第3胜。。。？
2.是对手不强还是49防守和进攻都打出了季后赛水平。。。？
如果早点交易到波罗。。。是不是已经进季后赛了。。。
顺便。。。布朗的前制服组啊。。。一个二轮都出不起么。。。
