1) take strength to 69 (not 68)with 85% to 99% trained no later than level 10. (The level gains will get strength to where it needs to be after this as long as you put all eq into strength.)
2) take blocking to 74 with 85% to 99% trained by level 25.
3) Train strength & blocking to take advantage of the saved training.
4) Take agility to 77 by level 42.
5) balance out the remaining skills. Aim for 60's in speed and vision (maybe higher)
6) work on SAs
Above is a generic guideline that i use for all O linemen. Steps 5 and 6 require some training tricks and AE to reach prefered goals but that would take forever to explain.
