1.教练组相关：(执教履历下划线为和Shanahan有交集)
(1)新任主教练Kyle Shanahan周三下午抵达湾区，球队首席执行官Jed York和总经理John Lynch去机场迎接。Shanahan和Lynch之后正式签署了合同。
- Shanahan在球队官方推特的视频中要求球迷给他们一些时间，耐心一些，他们会努力工作，有很多工作要做，他保证一切都会是值得的。
“Give us some time, be patient with us,” Shanahan said in a brief video posted on the 49ers’ Twitter account. “I promise you guys we’re going to work as hard as anyone and do things the right way with good people, high character guys. 2.新任总经理John Lynch昨天上了PFT Live和KNBR两档节目，在节目中Lynch谈了一些问题：
- 被问到如果出现他和Shanhan对某一人选意见不统一怎么办，Lynch说会跳过这个人，选下一个，或者呆在一起直到两人达成一致。
Well you know, Mike, one thing we talked about, especially when we got down there Friday, it was nice because frankly I didn’t need to job, because I had something really, really strong that I was enjoying doing, we were able to ask all those tough questions, and say, “Guys, I’ve got 24 hours, I actually had a father-daughter ball I had to get home to, we gotta figure this thing out in a hurry, so let’s lay all that out.” And really the answer with 53, 90, draft, free agency, all those things, and there’s different language that we won’t go into, but really we want this to be a true partnership. We’re really splitting things right down the middle, and everyone’s gonna say, “Well, hey there’s gotta be some way of deciding things, tiebreakers.” Really the answer is, if we can’t agree on something, we’ll move on to the next person, the next player, or we’re stay in there until we can find that consensus. That’s the way this thing is worked out, and Kyle and I are excited and committed to making it work that way.

And then we’re gonna evaluate the guys we have, we’re gonna evaluate the draft, and we’re going to look hard at free agency, trades, whatever we need to do to get a guy. And it may not be this year. It may be that we draft and develop. We’re looking at every scenario, but we’re both big believers, and I don’t think this is anything revolutionary, everyone knows how important that position is; but we certainly place a huge emphasis on it and we’re gonna work hard to get that right.
