NFL Week 13 Picks: Cowboys over Eagles, Packers over Patriots
By John Breech / CBSSports.com

此人是CBS的砖家,每周以卖萌和不靠谱预测为主。
Before we get to the Week 13 picks, we need to talk about Week 12 -- and when I say we need to talk about Week 12, I specifically mean we need to talk about what Odell Beckham Jr. and his right hand did against the Cowboys.
Doing something with one hand isn't always impressive. For example, here's a list of things I can do with one hand: Eat an apple, play checkers, use my left turn signal, accept friend requests on Facebook, pet my cat.
Now, here's a list of things I can't do with one hand: Catch a football thrown 43-yards in the air while someone's interfering with me.
Odell Beckham can do that.
You've probably already seen his one-handed catch, but lets watch it again, because really, you can never watch it too many times. Also, when you watch, please pay close attention to the guy in the suit who's not even looking in Beckham's direction AS HE MAKES THE CATCH OF THE CENTURY.
Was this the greatest catch of all-time? I don't for know sure but it definitely moved Odell past David and Victoria on my favorite Beckham list. And really, that's all that matters.
Anyway, let's stop talking about Beckham's catch and get to the Week 12 picks -- where I promise not to talk about Beckham's catch. If you own a TV or have access to the internet, I'm sure you'll see at least 117 more replays of it before the week is over.
If you want to make fun of me for all of the wrong picks I made last week, you can do that in the comment sectionor on Twitter. On the other hand, if you don't want to make fun of my wrong picks and you just want to send me a green bean casserole recipe that I can use on Thanksgiving, that works too.
Speaking of Thanksgiving, never tell your bosses what you're thankful for or they'll post it on the internet along with a picture of you that's six years old.

If you don't care about NFL picks or green bean casserole recipes and you're just here for my weekly picture of an animal in an NFL jersey, well, I just want you to know that I found a cat who very much enjoys football.

That is literally a cat in a hat. Once the shock of seeing an actual cat in an actual hat wears off, you can check out the weekly picks from everyCBSSports.com NFL expert here.
Now let's get to the picks.
Week 13 picks
Philadelphia (8-3) at Dallas (8-3), 4:30 p.m. ET (Thanksgiving Day, FOX): For some reason, I'm still not sold on Mark Sanchez. As a matter of fact, I'm the opposite of sold. Unsold? Sanchez's two wins this season have come against teams that currently have a combined record of 5-16-1. Dating back to 2011, Sanchez has started 31 games and only one time has he beaten a team that would finish the season with a winning record. Coincidentally, if the Cowboys win on Thursday, they'll finish the season with a winning record. I think I've talked myself into picking against Sanchez.Cowboys 38-31 over Eagles.这场比较正常,12月没到,牛仔比较靠谱
Seattle (7-4) at San Francisco (7-4) 8:30 p.m. ET (Thanksgiving Day, NBC): No one under 18 should be allowed to watch this game unless supervised by at least two adults. We had to wait 13 weeks, but the the most intense rivalry currently going in the NFL is finally here. These two teams hate each other. The fans hate each other and San Francisco media is getting tired of not being able to talk to Richard Sherman.
Another 49ers-Seahawks game and another time Bay Area media’s request to speak with @RSherman_25 on conference call has been denied.

What does all of this mean? It means that I'm picking the 49ers because the home team in this game is 6-1 since Jim Harbaugh was hired in 2011. If the game is just half as amazing as Marshawn Lynch's postgame interview from Sunday, then this could be the best Thanksgiving ever.49ers 23-20 over Seahawks. 汗,没事就败败69人的人品。
Summary of Marshawn Lynch's postgame interview: He used 50 words. He said 'yeah' 12 times. http://t.co/wO63QvUEwM pic.twitter.com/geO7okkjih

Arizona (9-2) at Atlanta (4-7), 4:05 p.m. ET (FOX): Falcons coach Mike Smith doesn't seem to have any idea how a timeout works. The Falcons are 0-7 in non-division games this year and they're ranked dead last in defense. So the obvious pick here is the Cardinals. Only, I don't like to do the obvious. The Cardinals' offense is almost as bad as the Falcons defense. Since Carson Palmer went down, Arizona's offense has been in a rut. Drew Stanton has led the Cardinals to exactly zero touchdowns over Arizona's past seven quarters of play. If Smith spends the week studying clock management, I think the Falcons can pull off the upset.Falcons 24-20 over Cardinals.隐约感觉此君是红雀粉。
Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers have never started against each other. (USATSI)
New England (9-2) at Green Bay (8-3), 4:25 p.m. ET (CBS):Christmas isn't this week, but it kind of feels like it because we're getting Tom Brady vs. Aaron Rodgers for the first time ever. It's hard to believe, but Brady and Rodgers have never actually started a game against each other. Rodgers was injured when the two teams played in 2010 and Brett Favre was the Packers starter when the two teams played in 2006. This game seems like a toss-up, so lets see what Brady has to say, "[The Packers] play like we do at home, we always play well."
If the Packers at home play like the Patriots at home and the Patriots never lose at home, then I think that means Tom is telling me to pick Green Bay. Of course, I am part of media, so that could just be me twisting his words. Packers 34-31 over Patriots.败完了69人,接着败包包。
Denver (8-3) at Kansas City (7-4), 8:30 p.m. ET (NBC): Papa's John's restaurants in the Denver area aren't the only things that Peyton Manning owns, he also owns the Chiefs. 原来大曼还有棒约翰的股份。下次去支持下。Manning is 10-1 all-time against Kansas City and that includes a 5-0 record since joining the Broncos in 2012. Also, if last year and/or last week are any indication, we're at the point in the season where the Chiefs start to collapse.Broncos 34-27 over Chiefs.
Week 13 picks: All the rest
Lions 20-17 over Bears
Bills 27-24 over Browns
Colts 27-17 over Redskins
Ravens 30-27 over Chargers
Texans 20-13 over Titans
Giants 31-20 over Jaguars
Bengals 34-20 over Buccaneers
Rams 24-17 over Raiders
Steelers 30-23 over Saints
Panthers 16-13 over Vikings
Dolphins 24-13 over Jets
Last Week
Best pick:Last week, Ipicked the Chargers to beat the Rams by threeand then the Chargers went out and beat the Rams by three. If you missed the game, here's a basic rundown of what happened: With about one minute left in the game, Rams quarterback Shaun Hill drove St. Louis down to the Chargers four-yard line.
Then Shaun Hill did exactly what you'd expect a guy named Shaun Hill to do in that situation.
I hate being a Rams fan. “@gifdsports: Chargers Marcus Gilchrist game-ending interception vs Rams https://t.co/mp5qZRj4zH”
— Garrett Brown (@The_GBrown) November 24, 2014
Worst pick: Like the rest of America, I picked the Chiefs to beat the Raiders last week. My biggest problem is that I didn't listen to this guy.
Raiders are the lock of the week at +7 tonight. Love me some home dawgs. I think Oakland gets their first W of the year against solid Chiefs
— Cousin Harold (@DL_Shotty) November 20, 2014
I don't know who that guy is and I don't why I would listen to him, but I should have. Instead, my perfect streak of picking every Chiefs game right this season has come to an end.
A moment of silence for @johnbreech’s KC Chiefs perfect pick streak. #raiderswin
— K-Dub (@xkawai) November 21, 2014
The moral of the story here is that if a random person on the internet says the Raiders are going to win, then the Raiders are going to win. Lesson learned.
