大体上说就是这几条：

阵容中有9个新秀

目前这套阵容的平均年龄是25岁，有6名球员超过30岁——Nnamdi Asomugha, Jason Babin, Jon Dorenbos, Cullen Jenkins, Evan Mathis and Michael Vick

阵容中有30名球员NFL经验不超过两个赛季

QB方面，Nick Foles成为了Vick的替补，Trent Edwards凭借季前赛的表现留队作为第三QB，Mike Kafka被裁

RB方面，阵容中有4名半卫，教练组对这四名球员的使用是新赛季的一个看点

安全卫位置上，Colt Anderson留队，应该会担任第四安全卫，而Jaiquawn Jarrett目前是第三安全卫，球队留下了David Sims，并为此裁掉了Julian Vandervelde

CB位置上老鹰留下了六名球员，所以Trevard Lindley和Brandon Hughes可能会出任安全卫

Chad Henry在竞争中胜出，继续出任球队的弃踢手

新秀方面，阵容中有7名大会中摘下的选手留队，选秀大会中落选的两名新秀Johnson和Polk也进入了球队阵容，进攻线新秀Brandon Washington和新秀外接手Marvin McNutt则没能入选大名单。

7名摘牌新秀中，Fletcher Cox基本确定了首发位置，Mychal Kendricks已经是首发，Vinny Curry在赛季初恐怕要在板凳上多学习，Brandon Boykin将会出任槽角卫，Dennis Kelly则是进攻截锋位置上可用的替补
