1.人事变更：：
(1)球队宣布管理层三项变更： Austin Moss II担任球员参与项目主管(director of player engagement)，美足事务副总裁(Vice President of Football Affairs)Keena Turner升任至副总裁(注：原文为Vice President，没有特指美足事务)兼总经理特别顾问(Special Advisor to the General Manager)，高级球员人事协调员(senior player personnel coordinator)Ethan Waugh升任大学球探主管(College Scouting Director)。

(2)球队宣布教练组变更：防守质量控制教练DeMeco Ryans升任内线卫教练，冲球进攻专员/外线卫教练Johnny Holland升任冲球进攻协调员/外线卫教练(4.26更正：据球队官网，仍是冲球进攻专员/外线卫教练)。
- Ryans在联盟打了10个赛季(最近一次是2015年在老鹰)，上赛季是他第一次执教，1月29日据Tennessean负责泰坦新闻的记者Jason Wolf报道，泰坦申请面试球队防守质量控制教练DeMeco Ryans，遭到球队拒绝。在Ken Norton Jr.短暂加盟离开后，就有记者猜测会提升Ryans担任内线卫教练。

2.球队总经理John Lynch访谈摘要：采访全文还没出
续约相关：

“We’ll talk to him this week,” Lynch said of agent Doug Hendrickson. “Carlos is a really good football player for us. We’ll see what happens there.”
“The reality, not all of them will be signed before free agency,” Lynch said. “We have a plan, and we’re working toward that.”
伤病情况：
“I thought he made great strides last year. It’s just a reality, when you’re that big of a man, certain things are going to be a lot tougher. He’s a huge man, which is also a great strength for him. He’s a unique talent. I think he really responded and answered the call of what was being asked of him. It wasn’t perfect, and there are some things that he’s always going to deal with, but I was proud of him.”
- 说线卫Malcolm Smith(胸肌撕裂)在4月16日球队新秀赛训练计划开始时会完全康复。
“Malcolm is doing great,” Lynch said. “Right at the start of offseason, he’ll be full-bore. I’ve been assured of that. . . . (I’m) excited to see him in a 49ers uniform. We’re excited to see him play for us.”

San Francisco’s general manager noted that he always strives to be transparent and believes in the importance of keeping everyone in the know. However, the severity of this matter makes Lynch unable to go into detail at this juncture.
“We’ve been a little quiet and that’s for a reason,” Lynch added. “There are certain places that I can’t and won’t go, because we’re dealing with an ongoing legal matter.”
The 49ers met with Foster the day after the arrest. Lynch provided the general theme of the conversation.
“We have talked with Reuben,” Lynch said. “The context, in a broad sense, is our expectations for him and our expectations for all of our players. We have a high standard that we expect. I think we made that very clear with him. We remain in communication but a lot of that is going to remain private because of the ongoing legal matters and protocols that are in place.”

“We had conversations. We never made a formal offer,” Lynch said. “We felt at some point it was best to duck out. We’re comfortable with that.”

If you’re looking for a quarterback, this is a good year to be in the market. I’m really happy we aren’t, but we still study these guys.”
