维京人超级跑卫Andrian Peterson的一个两岁儿子在南达科他州被一名27岁的男子殴打后，因为脑部伤势而死亡。这名男子是孩子母亲的男友，目前已经被逮捕。

据媒体报道，这个小孩是AP的私生子（已得到AP父亲的确认）。

AP周四缺席了训练，但周五回归，并表示会在周日对黑豹的比赛中上场。
