第二周实力榜：49人傲视诸强圣徒成为下游球队

ESPN发布第二周实力榜，旧金山49人两连胜之后排名攀升到第一，爱国者和乌鸦的输球都导致排名下滑，但退步最快的还是圣徒，输给传统弱队黑豹使他们退到20名开外，进步最快的当属海鹰和酋长，两队战胜强大的对手后都有9位的提升。

德鲁·布里斯（英语：Drew Brees，1979年1月15日－），美式足球四分卫，现效力于国家橄榄球联盟的新奥尔良圣徒队。大学期间他在普渡大学锅炉工队打球，2001年时被圣迭戈闪电队于第二轮选中。

布里斯共六度入选明星碗，其中2004年时代表闪电队入选，2006年、2008年、2009年、2010年、2011年则先后代表圣徒队入选。他曾于2004年获NFL年度东山再起球员奖（Comeback Player of the Year），2008年和2011年当选年度进攻球员（Offensive Player of the Year）并荣获2009年超级碗最有价值球员。他还登上过美国艺电游戏Madden NFL 11的封面[1]，并被《体育画报》评为2010年年度最佳体育人物。[2]

布里斯在2011赛季传球达5476码，是NFL史上传球码数的纪录保持者。
